Home Managment Body
FROM THE PRINCIPAL’S DESK
I begin by quoting Jawahar Lal Nehru “I prefer schools to industries and factories because schools make human beings and human beings make industries.” Schools have a serious role to play in human resource management, and the major thrust has to be in encouraging creative expression of ideas and assimilation of human, cultural and social values for developing into holistic human beings. The students are to have a specific profile that takes the shape and structure of a tree. This tree symbolizes every aspect and quality of a true student, firmly rooted in honesty, integrity, loyalty and dedication. A true sense of discipline forms the trunk of their development. From this discipline, the student branches out into a diverse network of a positive value system. This value system comprises of truth, patriotism, sincerity, obedience, service, sportsman spirit and character formation. This value system flowers into true citizens, sportsman spirit and character formation and bears the fruit of Godliness and holiness reaching out to humanity in general.
The school takes on the responsibility of nurturing children and helps open their minds to the wonders of
life. For us each one of you is special and we want you to take pride in your achievements. Each job is a self
portrait of the person who does it, so try to autograph your work with excellence.
A word of advice to our students- think of others who are not as fortunate as you. Learn to excel, value people
and individual judgment, be gentle, develop firm opinions, purge your heart of grudges, and work for a
better tomorrow. Take pride in what you have, in your school, your city, your nation. Grow up to be responsible
citizens. Success cannot be measured by material achievement alone, your contribution to the world and
society matters more than what you get out of it. Our school represents a cross section of the society and
is a rich blanket of multi-cultural diversity. Children come to us from varied cultural, social, racial and
religious backgrounds. Within school they learn to live together as one big family, regardless of their roots and
create newer and stronger bonds with each other that will last them a lifetime.
The minds of children, contrary to our beliefs, are open. Friendships are formed on face values without any
expectations. The school takes the responsibility to ensure that all children put under its care are taught the importance of inculcating right ethics. These are urgent
in order to develop as an individual, both mentally and emotionally. With us, the students learn to be upright
and honest, they understand respect, they are taught to differentiate right from wrong and have the courage to
stand up for what is correct.
At the end I would like to thank all the parents who have reposed faith in our institution and the ideals it stands
for. Let me assure you that your loved ones are in safe hands. Our staff understands the ethos of the school and
help in guiding and encouraging the children and I am sure that the children will make both you and us proud.
Knowledge without action is useless and irrelevant. Knowledge with action converts adversity into prosperity..
Our world is changing at a dizzying pace, with technological innovation, unprecedented changes in
the world of work, the onset of the climate emergency, and a widespread loss of trust between
people and institutions. Conventional education systems are struggling to deliver the knowledge,
skills and values we need to create a greener, better and safer future for all.
As we all are aware that, Education is a preeminent public good, and an essential enabler for the entire
2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The international community cannot afford to be
agnostic about its provision, quality and relevance. The time has arrived to reignite our collective
commitment to education. So, we are trying our best to invest in comprehensive plans to help our
students recover from learning losses. It means putting education at the heart of broader recovery
efforts, aimed at transforming economies and societies and accelerating progress on sustainable
development. And embarking on a process of reflection and analysis to identify how national
education systems can evolve and transform between now and 2030.
The Summit on Transforming Education will be the first time that world leaders, young people and all
education stakeholders come together to consider these fundamental questions.
Moreover we are trying to motivate each of our students to build courage, to think differently, to
invent, to travel the unexplored path, to discover the impossible and most importantly, to overcome
problems and their issues of day to day life..
"Education is the drawing out, of all the best in child and man- body, mind and spirit”
Change in the law of nature. The world is passing through a transitional period. In such a scenario, 'Education' is the most powerful weapon which anyone can use to change the world. Pacing with the time, accepting the changes, approaching the latest spectrum of modern perspective of education, we are forgetting to embrace the grandeur of beautiful, vibrant and luminous culture. The society needs touchstones which change passive into active and take this global village to the zenith, prove to be the protector of humanity cultural heritage, traditional values with prominent factors of progress. This is the promise of the school to fill the society, the nation, the globe with these touchstones. It is the highest duty of parents, teachers’ activities to bestow children, with good and currents trends of education, nobility of character, judicious mannerism and commendable features of individuality with global compassion & perspective. For the same season the school MGWVS is established with a different vision. It aims to, inculcate desire, dream, determination. The school is poised to be the school which contributes to a community of independent minded individuals who are humanitarians and custodians of the future with multifarious talents and qualities. We, the school, parents and the students are like a troika. Together, we can create creative, innovative, diligent. Who can prefab an arcadia where the compatriot’s precarious soul with scientific temperament may recede and the light of knowledge may lucent millions of minds twining the curses of darkness into bright bless!
The future chimes to the proficient, Get Good, get better, be the best!
Countless sleepless nights, long late nights discussions, various best ideologies, sentiments of Bauji, progressive thoughts of Chairman to work for the generation next have been the key factors which fill this edifies of bricks and cement with inspiration, motivation aspiration, commitment and confidence.
The greatest blessing bestowed by our forefathers is that we are born free. But political freedom has so far made us conscious only of our rights, not fully of our responsibilities. We are far from attaining complete economic freedom. In pursuit of complete freedom, we cannot hope for a miracle or a shortcut. Struggle and sacrifices are imminent. But we must look at the future with optimism and will full faith in ourselves. Remember – “An optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity, a pessimist sees calamity in every opportunity”.
The right blend of values, all round grooming and high-quality education which seeks to develop minds are hall marks here – Education is the first formal step to development. In a free society it has special significance, for, education makes people easy to lead but difficult to drive, easy to govern but, impossible to enslave. The irrepressible Mark Twain said, “Training is everything, the peach was once a bitter almond”.
The future of the country not only depends on the intellectual caliber but also on the degree to which the leaders are committed to the ideals. The attributes that we try to inculcate can be best summed up in four C’s – Competence, Courage, Commitment and Candour.
Our advice always remains to the students to be ‘Ambitious’, not a dirty word, as it conveys a pursuit to excellence and only by pursuing excellence can you excel in what you do.
The other word of wisdom that we give at MG World Vision, is telling them to be original because one idea can change the course of mankind, one invention can effect our way of life, one good painting or one melodious piece of music is more enduring then all the wealth you can hoard and these virtues will always stand them in good stead.
Our students are the future leaders – in the services, in industry, in the professions, in all walks of life. We hope that our futuristic strategy will definitely produce a better generation making our land worth living and the whole world realize the purpose of their being.
And last but not least –
Do all the good you can
In all the way you can
In all the places you can
In all the people you can
As long as you ever can
